Upon winning Most Sought After Male Model at the New York 1997 Convention, Ashton said,"If you want to be a model, actor, singer or dancer, IMTA is the place to be! I'm on the top of my world right now!" He signed immediately with a manager and began modeling in men's fashion shows the very next week for designers such as Versace, Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein!
He started his acting career in movies such as Down to You and Dude Where's My Car?, and went on to land the role of Micheal Kelso on That 70's Show. Ashton’s feature film career has steadily grown, starring in Cheaper By The Dozen, The Butterfly Effect, Guess Who, A Lot Like Love, Bobby, The Guardian and the animated feature Open Season. In addition to serving as Executive Producer for the series Punk’d, Ashton is a frequent guest on Saturday Night Live and appears in fashion spreads and on magazine covers around the globe.
It's incredible, it's the most immense rush I've ever had in my life. This is a dream come true. I've been dreaming about this since I was a kid.
